Exchanges: Exchange or Credit available only within 14 days of purchase. See conditions below:
- Item must be unworn, unused and in the same condition you received/purchased it.
- Tags must be still attached; However, any purchase of clearance item will be Final Sale.
- Once the item(s) is received and inspected, an email will be sent to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange/store credit. If approved, then your exchange will be processed, and either a replacement item on exchange will be sent or store credit will be issued to your account. - Buyer is responsible for paying own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If receiving an exchange, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Gifts: If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once item is received back in store, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
